Areas of Practice: Megan is a civil litigation attorney whose practice focuses on intellectual property and business law. She is admitted to the Florida Bar and permitted to practice in all Florida courts. Mrs. Lazo received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from Reed College before joining the University of Miami School of Law, which recognized Mrs. Lazo’s academic excellence by naming her to the Dean’s list for being in the top of her class, awarding her the Dean’s Certificate of Achievement in Copyright Law, (the highest possible distinction in the subject) and conferring her Juris Doctor degree cum laude.

Interests: Mrs. Lazo’s professional interests include internet and technology law, art law, and class action litigation. She maintains a deep admiration for innovators and entrepreneurs in art and technology. She also writes about art law and intellectual property as a contributor to artlawjournal.com.
