Prior experience: Fran began her career at Hahn & Hessen LLP where she represented financial institutions and borrowers in all aspects of commercial lending transactions. She has experience in structuring, negotiating and closing a wide variety of domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including acquisition and leveraged buyout financings, asset based financings and letter of credit facilities. She has extensive knowledge of intercreditor issues and has represented lenders both as agents and participants in syndicated lending transactions.
