Her extensive litigation experience enhances Rachel’s ability to draft transactional documents that minimize risk and address the finer points of the deal. Rachel is an adjunct professor of law at the Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College, CUNY, and regularly speaks on sustainability and ethical business practices within the fashion industry. She went on to become a Public Defender before joining Carey & Lillevik, PLLC, where she practiced in the areas of criminal and civil litigation. Since moving to New York, Rachel has served as General Counsel at Manufacture NY, Inc., Business Development + Community Director for the Brooklyn Fashion + Design Accelerator, and Acting Assistant Director at the Fashion Law Institute at Fordham Law school. |
